Join Fill a Need Foundation for a dazzling Gala unlike any other! On Saturday, September 28th, we’ll gather to celebrate a brighter future for adults with autism and raise crucial funds for The Hamlet, our transformative adult day vocational training facility.
Imagine a sanctuary: Nestled on 30 acres in Berlin, MA, The Hamlet will be a haven for adults with autism. Here, they’ll find opportunities to:
- Thrive in tailored programs: Develop skills, explore interests, and forge meaningful connections.
- Embrace independence: Gain confidence through daily living skill development.
- Connect with nature: Find peace and joy in our expansive, serene grounds.
- Belong to a supportive community: Build lasting friendships and feel a sense of belonging.
The Hamlet is more than a facility; it’s a beacon of hope. But we need your help to make it a reality. Your donation, big or small, will directly impact the lives of individuals with autism.
At the Gala, you’ll experience:
- An elegant evening filled with music, dancing, and delicious food.
- Inspiring stories from individuals with autism and their families.
- The chance to be a part of something truly transformative.
Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference! Every dollar raised brings us closer to building The Hamlet.
Purchase your tickets here to attend the Bridge the Gap Gala and join us in making The Hamlet a reality. If you are unable to attend, please become a Member of the Bridge by donating, and help us build a future for adults with autism.

The Zoo Band
The Zoo is one versatile band. This is a group that is just as comfortable performing at a posh gala as they are performing in front of a raucous beach crowd. Nobody knows how to keep a party going like front man and founding member, Randall John. He and female lead vocalist Ginger DeVito front this powerhouse of a band. Randy has kept the line-up youthful over the years and the current line-up is perhaps the freshest and hottest yet.
A VISIT TO THE ZOO HAS NEVER BEEN SO MUCH FUN!!
Flutie Foundation Spectrum of Sound Choir
Thanks to the musical expertise of Berklee College of Music graduate, Cooper Hyde, Spectrum of Sound launched formally at the Flutie Foundation’s first virtual gala in June 2020.
Since then, Spectrum of Sound has been UNSTOPPABLE. They have performed at events including for the Woo Sox, Boston College Football, Boston Marathon events, and Gillette Stadium. Spectrum of Sound released their first album in 2022 featuring their upbeat and inspirational mashup performances.
